Shirley’s Kiss Mocktail

An elevated mocktail version of the Shirley Temple. Using one of my new favorite non-alcoholic spirits Bittersweet Aperitivo from Wilderton Botanical Spirits. It’s PNW based and adds the perfect zesty and bittersweet finish to your mocktails! Perfect for Valentine’s Day! 💕 xoxo

Shirley's Kiss Mocktail

Ingredients

• 1 oz Grenadine
• 1 oz Bittersweet Aperitivo (Wilderton Botanical Spirits)
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 6-8 oz lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
• ice
• optional: pink sprinkles rim and maraschino cherry / lime garnish

Instructions

1. rim your glass with simple syrup and pink sprinkles. can use maple syrup or honey as well.
2. add ice to your cocktail glass. pour in grenadine, NA spirit, and lime juice.
3. top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water. give it a good stir, garnish, and sip away!

Notes

My favorite brands for aperitivo style non-alcoholic spirits are Wilderton and Lyre's.
